Contact forms
When you use contact forms on our website, we receive an email with all the information that you provided in that form: name, email, your message to us, etc. We receive the information by direct email. We use this information to maintain a direct communication with you - we never hand over your private data to third parties, but of course we need to inform The Chettinad staff of certain details such as which guests are coming, what they requested for meals, and other such practical and necessary information.
You can always write us and ask us to provide exact information on which personal information we have from you, and we will also honor any requests to erase all saved information.
